Enterprise Terms

Each order form sets products, fees, term, and any committed volume. The Services continue for the stated term and renew as the order form describes unless a party gives notice of non-renewal.

Support hours, severity, and any uptime target are in the order form or an attached service level schedule. Planned maintenance will be notified in advance where practical.

You own customer and payment data you submit. Keette processes it to provide the Services, as described in the Privacy Policy and, where signed, the DPA. You are responsible for having the rights to submit that data.

Liability caps and exclusions in the Terms of Use apply unless the order form states a different cap. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
